Yukta Kulkarni is a Civil Engineer and has worked on multi-disciplined engineering and construction projects. She is skilled in utilizing BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks, as well as Primavera for construction activities and is proficient in P6, Procore, and E-Builder for project scheduling, cost analysis, and documentation.  On a day-to-day basis, Yukta coordinates document control, tracks project schedules and budgets, prepares progress reports, reviews design plans for compliance and provides design and construction recommendations on a large PM/CM Transportation Project.  

 

Before joining RND, Yukta previously worked at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) assisting the Sr. PM and the Sr. Director to deliver the first CM@Risk Battery Electric Bus Facility in Quincy, MA.   This first-class, state of the art facility is 300,000 sq. ft. and costs approximately $300M. Yukta also worked on a Mass-Housing project of 30 HIG, 30 MIG, 20 LIG Buildings with the total project cost of $500M.  She was responsible for executing the on-site tests for Quality Control for the building foundation, brick and concrete work, and curtain walls, reviewed the design plans for inspecting details at the site after the construction installation was completed and field verified the pre-cast installation of slab, beam, column, and shear wall.
