Andrew Julian is a Real Estate Financial Analyst for RND. Andrew works on developing and maintaining relationships with municipalities, public agencies, and developers to execute on development strategies. Andrew specializes in real estate finance and assists clients in identifying and developing funding solutions for development projects. Using his experience from the principal and banking sides of REI Andrew will continue to advise and underwrite new acquisitions/redevelopments. Before moving into real estate consulting Andrew spent time actively managing residential and commercial assets across multiple states and will continue to use this expertise in his role at RND.
