Project Description:

The City is project documents and construction administration for the solicitation of a contractor to complete the demolition of one existing building at 36 Washington Square, Worcester, MA

​

Role:

RND was the Owners Project Manager for the demolition of a building
located under a railroad viaduct. RND managed all work efforts including
monitoring cost, schedules, and risks. RND also coordinated with the
subconsultants, subcontractors, and the P&W Railroad. Additionally, RND
conducted building visual inspections and construction management.
