Janice Bergeron

President & CEO

Janice has worked in the engineering and construction industry for 25 years with a focus in complex transportation and development projects. She provides leadership to a project team from inception through construction close-out. Having worked for the MBTA for a majority of her career, Janice brings extensive program management/construction management, real estate, environmental, rail planning, design, rail operations and construction services to a Project Team. This knowledge combined with her strong organization and communication-style helps facilitate clear communications and streamline decision-making between the owner and all members of a Team.

Janice has held leadership roles in the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS), American Public Transportation Association (APTA), American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO), Massachusetts Women’s Political Caucus, Massachusetts Women Workforce Council, and South Shore Chamber Transportation Task Force.
